Objectives
Work on multiple objectives on the same note with the ability to add more. See progress on a specific objective at a glance.
Narrative Note
Write a narrative note for each date of service. Objectives from Sheet1 automatically appear on the right of this narrative page to remind you of what you worked on. If you know how to use copy and paste or “automatic corrections” then your time writing therapy notes can be dramatically reduced.
Multiple Therapists – Same Client
If you have more than one therapist of the same discipline treating the same client this progress note can accommodate up to 4 on the same note. This decreases confusion and paper.
Billing Sheet
A billing sheet that is automatically filled out from Sheet1 so you do not have to enter the information again. This billing sheet will also automatically separate and calculate treatment and evaluation units for each therapist.
Client Report Sheet
Send home a report with the client with information that automatically comes from Sheet1. This report also allows you to input any homework you want them to do and days they were absent.
Warnings For Missed Notes
The progress note will warn you with a bright red color that you either have missed writing a note or you have a treatment date incorrect.
My favorite resource has been the excel sheet progress note template that I purchased from you. I am currently using this template and find it extremely helpful! It has helped me mainstream my procedures with documentation and billing and it is an excellent resource.
