photo(1)Today is Donut Tuesday....Celebration.  On Donut Tuesday the doctors in my area are happier than a camel on hump day.  Therapy marketing comes in different forms and everyone loves donuts. As you can see in the picture I delivered not only donuts but also some pens that I recently ordered through OfficeDepot.com.  The pens read:  Therapy 4 Kids, our phone number, website, and Speech-OT-PT and the sticker on the donut box has the same information. Client cancellations are a thorn in our side too. I let our therapists know that there is a 25%-30% cancellation rate before I bring them on so they know what they are in for. We have tried a few things with varying success.
